Integrated within ClaimsOffice.Com, the ECS Glass Program incorporates all functions necessary to process glass invoices. Glass invoicing is faster and easier than ever when you work with ClaimsOffice. Customers can get instant coverage verification and claim number assignment without ever making a phone call. Invoice directly online, and track open and paid claims. Once in our network, customers are searchable for shop referrals.

ECS provides support for direct EDI submission of invoices from major glass installers such as Safelite and Speedy, which are already set up for direct invoicing. ECS Analysts have the training and experience to assist glass shops so you don't have to.

How it works

Coverage Verification

Agents, customers or shops can verify coverage and receive a dispatch for a glass claim by sumitting the customer's information through ClaimsOffice.Com or the ClaimsOffice Mobile App.

Shop Selection

Customers take their vehicle to the shop of their choice or one of your network shops for repair or replacement.

Invoicing

The invoice is received, audited, and processed for payment.   The ECS staff is available to assist glass shops during the process and will follow up on invoice exceptions. Shops also have the option to submit their invoices to ECS via Fax, email or EDI (electronic data interchange).

Processing

Once the repairs have been completed, the glass shop uses ClaimsOffice.Com to submit their invoice for payment. Network pricing is configured within the Glass Shop's ClaimsOffice.Com profile.
